Return of the Rodents

Hello!

With the dog days of summer moving fast, Fall will soon be upon us. With the transition of the season comes the transition of insects and rodents towards winter shelter.

Though annoying, the unwanted overwintering of insects usually brings little damage to the home. However, the same cannot be said for rodents. Chewing through insulation, wires, plastic, wood, and bags of food, rodents are capable of inflicting a sizable amount of damage in a short amount of time.

Besides the physical damage they can bring, rodents such as deer mice and house mice are notorious carriers of Lyme, Hantavirus, and Salmonella. When unchecked and allowed to grow out of control, their populations can damage car interiors, home interiors, and poison food of both pets and people.

At R&D, our primary method of rodent control is a simple and effective combination of baiting and trapping that gives you both fast and long-lasting control, as well as a cost- effective solution to a potentially costly problem. Using industry-standard equipment and materials, we can give you a little more peace of mind throughout the year as we stand guard around the perimeter of your home.

So if you’re looking for solutions to such problems or wanting to take preventative steps to keep rodents fro taking control of your property, give us a call or send us an email and we will be more than happy to discuss treatment options.
